Creating a New Job Request

  1. Start a New Job Request

    • To begin, tap the (+) icon at the bottom of the screen. This will bring up a menu with a few options.



  • Select ‘Create New Job Request’ to get started with the new request.



  1. Fill in the Job Details

    • On the next screen, enter all the necessary details for the job. These include: Customer Name, Contact Info, Job Priority, Job Source, Services, Service Category, Location, Job Summary, Job Description, Job Images.

Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, so make sure to fill in these sections.



  1. Add Job Images

    • You can either choose job images from your device’s photo library or take new photos directly within the app.



  1. Submit the Job Request

    • Once all the details are filled in, tap ‘Submit’ to create the job request.

    • After submission, you will be directed to the ‘Job Requests’ screen.

  2. View and Manage New Job Requests

    • Alternatively, new job requests are displayed under the first tile labeled 'New' on the dashboard. Simply tap it to view the job details and proceed with the next steps.



  • Tap on the tile to view the job details and proceed with the next steps.
