Start a New Job Request
To begin, tap the (+) icon at the bottom of the screen. This will bring up a menu with a few options.
Select ‘Create New Job Request’ to get started with the new request.
Fill in the Job Details
On the next screen, enter all the necessary details for the job. These include: Customer Name, Contact Info, Job Priority, Job Source, Services, Service Category, Location, Job Summary, Job Description, Job Images.
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, so make sure to fill in these sections.
Add Job Images
You can either choose job images from your device’s photo library or take new photos directly within the app.
Submit the Job Request
Once all the details are filled in, tap ‘Submit’ to create the job request.
After submission, you will be directed to the ‘Job Requests’ screen.
View and Manage New Job Requests
Alternatively, new job requests are displayed under the first tile labeled 'New' on the dashboard. Simply tap it to view the job details and proceed with the next steps.
